Transfer Enphase System

If you have recently purchased a house or building with an Enphase system and would like to gain ownership of the system, please do so on the enphase enphase website through the following link:

You will be prompted to create an Enphase account if you do not have one already. (When prompted to create your account, select Other on the New User Registration page.)

Once logged in, you will have to select "Homeowner transfer ($199)" only. (Inspection report option is currently unavailable)

Homeowner transfer will transfer the product warranty to you, as well as give you access to Enlighten, the software that monitors the production and health of the system.

To request the Continuation of Coverage, please complete the transaction within 30 days of completing the change of ownership process.

Upon successfully submitting the change of ownership request the homeowner will get an email receipt of the payment to the email address used to submit the request. The change of ownership requests are completed within 48 hrs of submission. Once the request is completed, an email confirmation and a site access email are sent to the new homeowner.
